Cancellations and Refunds

Real Web Host reserves the right to cancel service at any time without notice. Refunds will be issued within 2 billing cycles on the same credit card used at sign up. Customers can cancel service any time and be refunded any full months that are pre-paid. Real Web Host does not refund partial pre-paid months. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated any full months and paid by Real Web Host if Real Web Host institutes its right of cancellation.

If cancellation is caused by customers violation of these policies, then no refund will be disbursed. Account setup fees are not refundable. If user signs up with a "Special Pricing" and cancels account within 30 days, the total setup fee that was waived during the sign up process will be held from any refunds due. This also applies to any free domain specials, if account is canceled within 30 days, the domain ownership fee of $25.00 will be held from any refunds due if Real Web Host holds the rights to the domain name.

If User is a Reseller and has been setup with the Real Web Host Manager, a fee of $50 will be held from any refund. Accounts can be canceled by the account holder at any time by either using our online cancellation form, faxing or mailing their request. This must be done by the credit card holder.

If payment was made by check, the zip/postal code of the primary contact must be included. Payment will be made by company check within 60 days of receipt of cancellation or credit card return. The account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, unless a date of cancellation is specified.
